Wintry Ust-Kamenogorsk

This photo was taken outside the Russian restaurant where we had lunch yesterday (Friday November 18th). According to our driver it was -10 degrees Celsius outside this morning. The air humidity seems low and it doesn't feel all that cold. We find the snow rather beautiful.
